Annual Parochial Church Meeting

On Sunday 23 April 2017 as part of our 10 o’clock service we are holding our Annual Parochial Church Meeting and election of Churchwardens.

Each year at this time we prepare the “Pink Book” which is compilation of reports from most of the groups and events that make up the day to day life of St. Peter’s.

A copy of the Pink Book has been distributed around the village along with this month’s parish magazine. The Pink Book can be downloaded here.

The reason for the title is very simple – it is usually printed with a pink cover!

Follow the Star

As we are now in Advent, you have probably heard of our new venture with our Advent Boxes which will be appearing each day round the village until Christmas Eve. The map below (click on it to make it larger) shows the approximate location of the boxes and the date on which they will appear. The Advent Boxes will be lit during the early part of the evening until approximately 8.00 pm. Please do stop and have a look at them. They should all be easily accessible and visible from the road and lots of creative ideas are being implemented.
